Magic Tree Daycare Agency is a licensed home daycare agency! We offer home based child care in York Region and Simcoe County, which include Newmarket, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Barrie, Innisfil, Springwater and East Gwillimbury. Our goal as a daycare agency is to provide safety, quality, and education in a comfortable home environment. We work under the exceed provincial licensing regulations in accordance with the Child Care Early Years Act.

Licensed Home Daycare Agency
As a licensed Home Daycare Agency, we share with our providers, the responsibility for your child's growth and development. We are committed to provide a caring home environment for your child, making sure children feel loved and secure while growing physically, intellectually, and emotionally. To ensure quality care, all providers must follow the regulations set out in the Child Care Early Years Act (CCEYA), and the operating criteria.
Magic Tree Licensed Home Daycare Agency ensures the following:
• Monthly unscheduled visits of homes by Home Coordinators who are registered with the College of Early Childhood Education to assist providers and ensure guidelines are being met.
• Small group care - 6 children maximum per home.
• We are accepting subsidized children in all of York Regions and Simcoe (from infant to 6 years old).
• No more than 3 children under the age of 2 years old
• Supportive partnership between parent, provider, and the Agency
• All homes open to inspections by the Fire Department, Public Health, Children's Services, and the Ministry of Education
